Our pier 8 warehouse under construction. This warehouse is one of the largest “Port Storage Buildings” in the U.S. built by Rubb, Inc. It is 168,000 sq. ft.measuring 240’ wide and 700’long, with just under 5,000,000 cubic feet of space. Notice the lack of support posts and the wide open area.
